The Walking Dead is not only a show but there are comics that the show is based on. The whole story of the Walking Dead is a sheriff is waking up from a coma to find that there has been a virus going around which leads to the zombie apocalypse. There is no one around and he finds his house is empty, his wife (Lori) and his son (Carl) are gone. He runs into another man (morgan) and his son and they explain to him what is going on. He still has hope that his wife and son are still alive. Currently there are 6 seasons and each season there are new characters added some killed of and a new challenge for the group. Will there ever be a safe haven or is the world as we know it gone. And will they still hold on to their humanity? Because in this world it's kill or be killed.
